Jaguar Mark 5 MKV 1949 for sale
Current customer rating:
NO RESERVE. MUST BE SOLD
98% complete. all original 3. 5 Litre 1949 Mark V Saloon.
Partially dismantled to undergo restoration. All items meticulously bagged and tagged. 100's of photos of the dismantling process will also be made available to purchaser.
Car requires a full restoration. interior. woodwork. paint. wiring. brakes etc etc. Only minor items are missing i. e. ashtray. horn button. cigar lighter. leaper. tools etc.
Fantastic example of these wonderful British thoroughbreds. next to no rust having clearly been dry stored most of its life.
These cars are almost impossible to find unrestored and this example would make an excellent base for restoration as I unfortunately don't have the time for.
Was started over 12 months ago but not since. Isn't driveable (due to no brakes and wiring loom requiring repair/replacement). and would therefore need a car trailer or carrier to pick-up.
Purchaser would need to organise own pick-up/transport at their expense.
Contact from winning bidder to be made within 3 days of Auction end. and payment to be made within 7 days.
This item is listed elsewhere.
For sale within Australia ONLY. as I will not run around organising overseas shipment.
Genuine bidders only!
