I am the second owner of this original LX SLR Torana 6 cylinder and have owned it for 22 years and It has It has been garaged for most of its life. It has been a Canberra car all its life and is virtually rust free other than surface rust in boot and some in the rear window seal which i repaired years ago. It is original paint. which is Mandarin Red. It has not been registered since 2004 but still runs. Last time i had it on the road i redone the front end including. lower control arms. superpro bushes. ball joints. lovell lowered springs. KYB shocks and sway bar link and mount superpro bushes. The engine is a 202. 6 cyl with yella terra head and roller rockers. It has an electronic distributor. new small starter motor and the gearbox was reconditioned not that may km's ago. I have been meaning to do it up for years but just dont have the time anymore. all it needs is a few bits and pieces and some panel work and paint. The car has a dented right rear door from being kicked a damaged left hand guard from a wheelie bin (sun in the eyes of an early morning when younger. ) and a slightly damaged rear left hand quarter panel. The car is original but does need some TLC. It comes with original stereo and any bits and pieces that may have been removed and a few spares.
