1975 HJ Panel VAN Customised Show VAN in Success, WA for sale

This van has been known as DOMIN 8 and is a multi award-winning show van originally from Victoria. Licensed in WA in 2011.
It is NOT a genuine Sandman.
Comes with 454 Chev. T 350 box and 9" diff. Drives beautifully. more photos and details available. Asking 40 K but may be negotiable.
Actual kms is unknown but previous owner claims 20. 00 since engine rebuild and in the time I've had the van (since Oct 2010). it's hardly been used at all.
Van has never been driven hard. I dont' smoke up the tyres and it's never been raced. It still has the original tyres that were fitted when I bought the van in 2010 and still have approx 50% tread left.
Always garaged. and motor always carefully warmed up before use.
This is not a "fire sale". I'm in no desperate hurry to sell it. so please. no time wasters. genuine enquiries only.
Unfortunately this van is surplus to my requirements and sale is also due to lack of time to enjoy this beauty.
