Today I have for sale a 1964 Humber Super Snipe V8 project. As you can see in the pictures it has been partially stripped back to bare metal. The only rust in the car is shown at the bottom of the right-hand front guard. There is also some in right-hand rear door but there is a replacement door to go with the car. I started this project when the car was still registered about six and a half years ago and have driven it with the 253 V8 and trimatic transmission. It drove very nicely. To start it now it needs coil connected and fuel pump put back in. I can probably put these back in it so it can be driven onto a trailer. The vacuum module on the rear of the transmission needs replacing as it pours fluid out. I have spoken to an engineer about it and it should only need seatbelts and pollution gear fitted for engineering. The seats were taken out because we had a mouse plague a couple of years ago and didn't want them getting chewed. The whole car was reupholstered approximately nine years ago but the headlining needs redoing due to having a hole burnt in it due to an electrical problem and the top of the rear seat needs re-stitching. The seats have been done with vinyl edges and cloth inserts. Interior is two-tone grey. All the chrome is with the car. There is a spare motor that is included. There have been no body modifications so can be returned to original easily. I am selling this car due to having a couple too many projects on the go. It will be an awesome machine when completed. Starting price is the minimum price so don't bother ringing with ridiculous offers. If you want it then bid. If paying by Paypal fees will be added to the final price. Any questions please phone Joe on 0417 231018 PM ONLY. Text messages with email addresses will not be acknowledged. If you want to know anything about it please ring me or message through Ebay.
