1955 Ford Thunderbird – project needs finishing.

This car was purchased as a complete car minus the soft top only. It was a completely rust free straight body (you would not find better) with all original parts attached. 292 Y block. radio. hardtop. etc. all packed up in boxes and crates.

A lot of work has been done to the car and would be a great project to finish.

Exceptional body and chassis with well over $ 15 000. 00 work done.

New parts purchased would currently cost over $ 15 000. 00 to replace – I have receipts to show this and many more photos.

You could not replace the car as originally purchased for $30 000. 00.

That is a total of $60 000. 00 – so please no silly offers.

The body is in 2K primer and ready for final sand and paint. The photos of the body finished in metal shows the condition. which is by far one of the best bodies I have seen of any 50s car.

The chassis. suspension. steering and brake components are all finished in 2K black. Diff rebuilt also in 2K black.

As the car is disassembled. I am aware this is not an ideal way to sell a car as it creates a transport issue (I possibly have a few solutions for this). but I am putting it out for expressions of interest anyway.
