No Reserve Classics is proud to present to you our 1967 Ford Mustang GT500 Restomod Tribute! The iconic, slick sloping fastback caught the attention of everyone 50 years ago, and this original Candy Apple Red, S-Code fastback will proudly do the same today.
With a Bold Red Exterior, Shelby Inspired Exterior and even the Rare-optioned fold down seats, this is one of the Coolest Ponies on the road!
The quintessential pony car was already regarded as a step above the rest. With the most aggressive Mustang styling ever introduced with the wide hood scoops, revised grill opening with fog lights, air scoops, extended front end, new tail light design, and of course the GT500 ornamentation sprinkled through the car. But underneath the GT500 styling is where the magic truly takes place. Underneath the hood you'll find the Ford 460ci Big Block that has not only been restored, but upgraded! Providing additional horsepower and bored out to a whopping 520 cubic inches! All the power is fed through a Toploader 4-Speed Manual Transmission and delivered through a Ford 9" rear that unleashes the wrath of the ponies to the road ahead!
With all that added horsepower, the suspension has been upgraded along with the frame. The Front subframe has been upgraded to a Mustang II kit, which includes the added bonus of front power steering, coilovers, and huge Wilwood Disc Brakes.
As you hop inside, you'll be stepping back in time with a very classic and very well restored interior. The Parchment Vinyl Seats, Door Panels, and Instrument Panels are all in phenomenal condition. In front of you lies the Wooden Shelby GT steering wheel with the bare 4-Speed shifter - leaving just you and the car to become one together on the road ahead. The touch of red is carried from the exterior and into the interior by the carpet, floor mats, and lap belts. And one of the coolest features this Mustang boasts is the fold-down rear seats!
As always, if you're an extremely interested buyer and are not quite yet convinced about the condition of our vehicle, we not only welcome inspections but we encourage them! Please feel free to set up an appointment with any credible inspector and we'll be more than happy to put this car up on a lift for a thorough comprehensive inspection!
