Lancia Beta Coupe Race/Rally/Hillclimb car for sale
Current customer rating:
1975 Lancia Beta Coupe with 190 BHP Guy Croft race engine. Laps Lakeside Park raceway in 65 secs. Mount Cotton hillclimb in 49 secs. possibly faster with a new driver!!
I have owned this car for 9 years. and has proven to be a unique and competitive car. Would make an ideal Italian challenge. GEAR day or hillclimb/sprint car. The car is registered on QLD concessional (non transferable) rego but will be sold unregistered. To be road registered again the car will need a modification plate for the roll cage and seats/seating capacity. I trailered the car everywhere so never needed it. but all lights. wipers. horn etc still work and still has original seat belts fitted. No rust in car but has a few minor scratches and blemishes as you would expect from a compettion vehicle.
It has the following modifications from standard:
Engine:Guy Croft 2043 cc Lancia Twin cam 8 valve 190 BHP/154 lb/ft torque (flywheel)CP forged pistons. Cunningham forged race rods. steel flywheel 11 1 CR with GC race spec Volumex head 43. 5/36 mm valves. triple valve springs GC 4 A/3 D full race billet cam combo. 11. 6 mm/10. 8 mm lift Twin 45 DCOE carbs. 4-1 extractors. 2. 5" exhaust Alloy radiator/oil cooler/modified sump/crank scraper/accusump/electric water pump MSD ignition. rev limiter with launch control 50 litre alloy fuel cell Race battery with cut off switch Dyno tested by CNJ motorsport with 155 BHP at the wheels. 8500 RPM limit.
Gearbox/clutch:
Lancia Beta 1800 5 speed with Limited Slip Differential. short shift lever. uprated 6 puck paddle clutch
Brakes:
Lancia Beta discs all round with braided brake lines. Ferodo DS 2500 pads
Suspension/Wheels/Tyres:
Lowered springs. Spax adjustable dampers. modified castor/camber. Rota 15 x 7" alloys wheels. 205/50 x 15 Nitto NT 01 semi slick tyres Also spare set Beta 14 x 5. 5" wheels with 185/60 x 14 Toyo R 888 tyres
Interior:
6 point FIA approved Momo bolt in roll cage Sparco Sprint V bucket seats & 6 point harnesses 10. 00 rpm tacho with 3 stage shift lights. full selection of quality gauges
