For Sale We have my Tahoe Turquoise 1966 Mustang Fastback GT 4 Speed with Factory Pony Trim and Rally Pac .
For People who are not aware this is a GT . which makes the value a lot higher than a standard Fastback and much rare than a 65 as they did not make many GT 4 Speed Fastbacks in 66 . So if you are after good value there is plenty of Non GT Fastback outs there for sale a lot cheaper .
I estimate this car restored in this colour would be worth $70 k approximately . So there is a lot of room to move and there is just time needed now more than anything else . as I have most parts .
The floor pans and body are the best you will find in this day and age .
This is a Great survivor that still drives . and for any of the car guys out there when do you ever find your dream boat combination of right options and right colour . just about never .
Well this car has everything .
As I would have specified from the Factory its got no Air Con . No Power Steering . but is Tahoe Turquoise . Its a GT with Styled Wheels . Rally Pac . 4 Speed . 3. 00 Rear End . still has the Correct Operating Fog Lights . Big Sway Bar . Double skinned rear floor pans . dual exhaust . Trumpets . and has been a Desert Car for its life . so its basically Rust Free .
If you are serious about buying a keeper and having it done your way then this car is for you . this is why I bought it . but as I really don't have the room to complete it . it either has to be sold or put into storage till I can do it .
Where the Top RH water pump bolt goes in . it has hairline fractured the block which could be easily welded by the right person . as it is in an area that does not affect the workings of the engine . This is a common problem so I am told . Motor Runs like a charm .
Comes with Most parts to complete the refurb at a Value of $5000 . nd the Complete Interior is all done in White /Turquoise Ready to Install and much more .
Comes with Workshop Manual . 3 x Folders full of Restoration Tips. 2 Restoration Guide Books . All the Body . Interior . Engine and Electrical Assembly Manuals and much more . Everything I have will go with the car .
