I have a 1970 Cougar XR-7 Convertible for sale. Its a real XR-7. It came with factory air (I have the parts its just not hooked up) and power windows I Bought it off the original owner. It was restored 20 years ago so this would be definatlly classified as an older restoratio. Drove it all summer long and it was a blast!! It has the original 351 C in it that has been rebuilt. a new edlebrock 600 carb. The car spent its most of its life in Richmond BC and is fairly solid. Its not a Barret Jackson Car. I would rate the body work quality of this car at about a 7/10. 20 yrs ago. If your expecting a show car for this kinda money you might want to rethink that. What is really good about this car as that you can hop in and drive it right now and do improvements as you go. It needs little interior trim put on. I have some some factory repro speaker covers for the holes in the doors (why oh why do people do that)!!. I literally installed the carb without doing any adjusments so it needs some tweeking. If you want the body perfect it will need a full restoration. Having said that this car turns heads and is a real crowd pleaser where ever it goes just the way it is. It really gets attention. The paint even with its imperfections looks stunning in the sun.

You can do a little TLC and drive this car for 10 summers or restore it to its former glory. Less than 2000 XR-7 were produced in 1970 making this a highly disireable and rare car. I only want to talk to serious buyers please. No emails. No texts. just pickup the phone and call me if you want it. Im open to serious offers.
