On Nov-04-14 at 15:23:42 PST. seller added the following information:

comes with toneau cover in excellent condition.

There are a couple other small areas of paint flaws that the pictures did not pick up.
Oil pressure gauge just started getting erratic.

I took it to my mechanic. he pulled out oil pressure sending unit and put in an oil pressure device that measures exact true oil pressure in the engine.

At 1000 RPM it measured 50 lbs.

At higher RPM's. 50+ lbs.

It is likely the pressure sending unit at fault. I will credit the buyer with the price of the sending unit from Welsh Enterprises.
Carbs cleaned and tuned. fuel system flushed and cleaned out.

Everything working well. no vacuum leaks found.
Clutch- new slave cylinder from Welsh Enterprises and system flushed. bled and working well.

Brakes working well and and fluid looks clean but havent yet flushed and changed fluid.
Paint is Opalescent Silver Grey Metallic. awfully beautiful color for the XKE. probably the reason I bought the car.
