Pontiac : Firebird 350 HO for sale

Very rare 1968 Firebird 350 HO / 320 HP. (2. 38 built). Very original. unmolested car ready for restoration.
It starts. runs. and shifts.
All the electrical and gauges work.
Had been sitting for 11 years after rear brake line rubbed through.
Replaced brake line. cap. rotor. valve cover gaskets and it runs again.
Car was re-painted to the factory color sometime in the past.
Rust spots are bubbles under the vinyl top below the rear window. right rear quarter behind wheel on the exterior (interior of trunk wells are not rusted). the battery shelf and surrounding core support. and bubbles where trunk shuts at the bottom.
Car has been in Northern California so rust is superficial.
Floors are in good shape and the interior appears to be original.
Door panels need to be replaced along with carpet.
Driver's seat has 1 tear. Doesn't appear to have been in any major accidents.

Engine stamp is 28 U 117883 which matches VIN and makes it numbers matching (see picture)Code YM motor with 191770 YM stamped on the motor pad which also matches the PHS Car Billing History (see picture)Code 18 stamped heads for 350 HO Heads ZC rear axle 2. 78 ratio Can't find transmission codes. but cooling lines were cut so the tranny has been out. The only non-original parts I can find are the Distributor and the Carburetor
PHS report which goes with the car shows the car was ordered with the following options:
Firebird 350 HOAutomatic Safe-T-Track Rear Axle Radio – Pushbutton Console Dual Exhausts Exhaust Extensions Power Steering Power Brakes Custom Air Conditioning (compressor removed to replace valve cover gasket. comes with car)F 70 x 14 Red – Wide Oval Tires Firebird Custom Interior – 259 Black Verdoro Green Exterior – Q Code Cordova Top Option – 2 Black Purchased car with the intent to resto-mod. but then determined it's all original. numbers matching. and rare. Car needs to be restored back to original which is not what I do.
