1969 Plymouth HEMI Road Runner
This beautiful
original "J" code
car is ALL NUMBERS MATCHING with its original 426 Hemi engine. its original Hemi 4 speed trans and its original 3. 54 Dana! It is a RUST FREE original California car. original sheet metal car that looks. starts. idles. runs. drives. shifts and stops EXCELLENT! It is optioned with bucket seats. woodgrain steering wheel. AM radio. V 21 performance hood stripes. vinyl top and is a manual brake/manual steering car! It has it's fender tag and just a small portion of the original broadcast sheet.
All numbers are matching and it still has its original carburetors. distributer. radiator. exhaust manifolds and more! This car has been my personal "keeper" car for a few years now but time to let her go.
It has been shown in many shows including the invitational Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals (MCACN Car Show in Chicago) and was invited back again this year.
It's a great car with only 71 K miles showing.
The only non stock things on it are a deep oil pan with high volume oil pump for better protection. a super nice TTI 3" dual exhaust system with polished stainless tips. a Pertronix electronic ignition module inside of the original distributer for reliability and performance radial tires.
There has been just one repaint of the original Vitamin-C Orange color on this rust free original sheet metal body several years ago and it still looks great. The front suspension and steering have been rebuilt and it goes down the road straight and tight.
The undercarriage is non undercoated and all original. unrestored. rock solid. rust free and is probably just a bit dirty.
The interior is in mint condition.
The engine was inspected and re-gasketed about 10 years ago and is still standard bore. This car has never needed to be restored! It's a very well kept original factory Hemi car that has been maintained and cared for over the last 45 years.
This is an investment quality Mopar that you can also drive.
The car needs nothing and has everything going for it.
