Here is a rare 1942 Chevrolet  4X4 Cabover Fire Truck . riginally built for the US navy base in Washington then went to a few fire halls. There are a couple of Navy data plates above windshield inside.  Body is great shape virtually rust free. ngine runs good and truck drives but brakes need some attention but still stops so would need to be towed for safety reasons it weighs about 10k I towed it on a 14k trailer. Engine looks to be a 1955 straight 6. transmission Seams to shift fine I have only got it into 3rd on my property. This may be the only one left that is still virtually complete and running as it was in the day. I have not tried front pump but it's still hooked up. It is 12 volt and does charge but wiring should be gone through.
