Ford : Mustang Mach I

 This beautiful 1973 Ford Mustang Mach I has an indicated 105456 miles on the original speedometer but only has less than 3000 miles since completely redone. Everything on the car has been redone. replaced or serviced including  the engine. transmission. rear axle. suspension. wiring. weatherstripping. cooling system and instruments.
The 351c engine has been completely  rebuilt with new pistons. mild performance camshaft with new timing chain . lifters. hi volume oil pump. il pan. roller rockers. headers. aluminum water pump. Edelbrock intake manifold. Holley Avenger carb with electric choke as well as Mallory electronic ignition with new plug wires. Other essential items included new engine mounts. hoses. fan. starter and solenoid with an alternator as well as new battery and cables .

The FMX transmission was also rebuilt with new bands. seals. clutches. sealing rings. bushings. gaskets. modulator. shift kit as well as a new external transmission cooler. transmission mount and steel cooler lines along with a 2200 stall torque convertor all followed by the steel driveshaft with new ujoints.

The exterior is covered in beautiful Grabber Blue with Mach I striping. and the RamAir hood that is functional has been added along with front and rear spoilers  and new Cragar SS mags and radial tires. It also has a new front windshield and re-anodized window trim as well as new grille trim. Also. all of the weatherstriping is new along with the new front fenders and hood. Anew rear bumper is mounted as well.

The interior is all new and fresh as well from the new upholstery to the new headliner to the new door panels along with the sound deadener. glove box. dome light. door strikers. sun visors. rear view mirror as well as all new locks. headlight. ignition and neutral safety switches. The dash is topped off with a new pad. as well as all new bulbs illuminating the fully functioning factory sports instrumentation. A new headlight switch controls the new halogen headlights. All gauges. lights. instruments. radio. factory rear window defrost. horn. tachometer. seat belts. locks function as intended with new sending units in the new fuel tank and for the oil and water gauges.

Last but not least is the fully cleaned and rebuilt chassis. With all new braking components such as rotors. pads. hoes. wheel cylinders. master cylinder . steel and rubber brake lines and bearings and seals. And the suspension is all rebuilt too with new control arms. ushings. shocks and rear leaf springs all which go together to give it that firm and controlled ride.

With a custom performance exhaust consisting of an x-pipe. turbo mufflers and stainless steel tips. it has that performance sound you would expect in a car that starts right. sounds right and drives right and looks great doing it in any neighborhood!
