For sale is this amazingly low original mile 1979 Z 28 which is in excellent condition inside and out. This Z 28 is in virtually like new condition in every way and has only a little over 23. 00 original miles. This Z 28 was well preserved in every way and detail. and has tastefully added improvments without sacrificing its original persona.

This car has a numbers matching drive train.

The enigine. transmission. manifolds. distributor. carburetor. alternator. steering box. Driver's. passenger and rear windows are all original.

The original Carmine interior of the Z 28 looks utterly splendid and factory new. The original seat covers show no wear in any way. are not faded in any area. and have no seam splits or stress cracks.

The interior changes have been the installation of hush mat. the replacing of the front seat foams. the change to new black carpet. custom billet window handles. and an awesome JL Audio/Kenwood stereo which has speaker pods attached to the underdash panels. 6 x 9 speakers in the rear deck. and amp and subwoofer custom installed in the trunk. The original dash and components look amazing and are in showroom condition. All interior lights and gauges work like new and show no wear at all.

The original door panels look excellent with no cracks or splits. and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner is in great shape with no holes or stains and no sagging. The original and correct floor mats are also in excellent original condition.

The exterior of this car was stripped to bare metal (can provide photos if requested) and repainted GM Color Sport Red Metallic and is of extreme car show quality.

The car was painted by the award winning shop. Street Heat in Calgary Alberta.

At this time all weatherstriping as well as the front windshield. front bumper with new fiberglass piece. new alimunum grills. all new period correct decals. rear window louver. and most of the trim was replaced new as well. This 1979 Camaro has a 1981 Hood and scoop with a fully functioning air induction system.

In addition. the new rearwheel flares from an 81 Z 28 were also incorporated into this unique look.

Other upgrades include the addition of front Ride tech coil overs with new upper and lower control arms. and new rear leaf springs with a +1 increase. Wheels are centerline 17 x 7 rims and P 225-50 R Continental Extreme Tires.

Rears are 17 x 8 with P 225 45 R tires.

All new shocks and u-joints. Engine dress-up parts include new value covers. spark plug wires. chrome accents. and aluminum hood hinges.

Overall. this 1979 Z 28 is in excellent award winning showroom condition. It recently finished fourth in its class at the Calgary World of Wheels Car Show 2017. competing with cars that were double and triple the cost of what this car is priced at.
