MILITARY JEEP
FORT JACKSON BASE CJ RARELY USED - STORED INDOORS - ULTRA CLEAN - ONE
ORIGINAL REPAINT - ORIGINAL MARKINGS - ONLY 16000 MILES - NEVER
REGISTERED - WITH ORIGINAL GOVERNMENT TITLE
Never registered. Still has the original Government Title
15. 95 Miles.
In 1973 this Jeep was ordered by the U. S. Government for use at
Fort Jackson. South Carolina. In 1975 the Government donated it
to the Boy's Club of South Carolina.
The Boy's Club used it for
parades. displays and special events.
In 2010 the Boy's Club raffled the jeep off.
It was won by
my friend Andrew.
He then just continued to stored the Jeep in
his garage.
4 Years later he decided it's time to sell the jeep
so he had freshened up. Because it had been stored and unused
for so many years. he decided it was time to freshen up the
original paint and had a complete new restoration repaint done.
had her serviced & tune up (new coil. points. rotor. cap. wires.
plugs. filters. etc). installed new brakes. cleaned and serviced
the fuel system (new pump. tank. filter. lines. etc) . new tires
& wheels and a few other items. She runs like a fine sewing
machine. Ready to enjoy!
As you can imagine. this CJ is very scarce.
You would look
long and hard to find one with under 16. 00 miles.
You would
look long and hard to find an authentic 1973 Military CJ 5.
You
would probably look forever to find a CJ like this that is
Military.
This Jeep still has the original Government Title showing it
as a gift to the Boy's Club of South Carolina.
When Andrew won
the Jeep. he took it to his friends Automotive dealership to
have him register the vehicle.
After he found out that he would
have to surrender the original Government Title. he chose not to
register the Jeep.
But having this Jeep with the original Government Title is one
of the many things about this Jeep what makes it so rare and
collectable.
I have seen some reconditioned Military Jeeps sell for $25. 00
and even $30. 00.
I think this Jeep is more rare than any of
them. This is a NO RESERVE auction and the high bid wins.
HOWEVER. I would sell the Jeep out right for a reasonable offer before the last 24 hours of
the auction.
Please ask any and all question prior to purchasing. Give me a jingle at (313) 414. 3540 anytime to discuss.
The Jeep is located in Flagstaff. Arizona and is available for
inspection or test drive any time.
Do not bid unless you are serious and have the money ready to go.
1000 non-refundable deposit with-in 24 hours. the balance with-in 5 business day. Call if you have any questions about buying or shipping the Jeep
