1932 Chrysler Imperial CH 5 passenger Sedan

Recognized as a Classic Car Club of America (CCCA) Classic. Suicide doors. 135" Wheel Base. 125 HP. 384. 8 cu in Inline L head.

This 1932 CH featured dual vee-type windshields. cowl lamps. twin inside sun visors. twin trumpet horns. an indirectly lighted oval instrument panel. and luxury appointments including windows shades. grab handles foot rest. and robe rail in back. Standard equipment included Delco Remy ignition. hydraulic brakes. Floating Power. double drop frame. freewheeling. 4 speed transmission (see transmissions below). downdraft carburetor. rubber spring shackles. wire wheels. This CH has double side-mounted spares and the automatic vacuum operated clutch feature (vacuum operated clutch is not presently working but is not needed to get down the road)

Redone - Trumpet horns. front springs. carburetor. fuel pump. gas tank cleanout. 2 new tires. new side water cover. Oil filter updated to cartridge replaceable type. (original one comes with car) Windshield wipers replaced with electric ones (original hydraulic ones come with car). Intake and exhaust manifolds. Exhaust and muffler (done previously) Heater added under front dash.

Comes with 2 transmissions. The 4 speed one in the car is from a CP. The one not in the car is a 3 speed one for a CH (P/N

Air cleaner (not original) includes built-in K & N air filter hidden inside one end that screws off. (no oil bath to worry about)

This Classic Chrysler runs and drives good.

Could be used as is or as a driving restoration. As you can see from the photos this Car needs cosmetic work in and out.

Engine runs smooth. transmission shifts good. the hydraulic brakes also work good.

All the lights work including the rear dome light. Included is a leather trunk with fitted luggage.
