The 1965 Eldorado was a large luxurious Cadillac built in this particular bodystyle for only two years (1965-66) with no primary competition that could easily carry six people and had a power top. automatic level control suspension system and featured a large 429/340 HP V 8 engine.

Only 2. 50 models were built in 1966 and 2. 25 were built in 1965! These were the final years of the rear wheel drive Cadillac and amongst the best of the breed. The 1965 redesign brought handsome new curved sided styling and a stronger new full perimeter frame replacing the old X-member affair. with better engine mounts. a new four link rear suspension and the improved Turbo Hydramatic drive transmission with the result being two of Cadillac's best sales years ever! With these rare mid-sixties models becoming increasingly thinned out now. these particular

1965-66 year models are now being appreciated by Cadillac enthusiasts

more than ever before as an increasingly desirable and collectible and

very rare Cadillac from two of its best years ever!

This particular example is a very rare and unique as a mostly all original survivor with its original Jade Firemist' (color code 96) factory paint. mostly all original Black (Trim Code 451 B) Perforated factory front bucket seats with correct original black carpeting and a new Black color power soft top. its all original and beautiful real wood trim on the door panels. its original matching black factory tonneau cover and its original spare wheel and jack and original trunk compartment interior with spare wheel cover etc still all intact as in 1965! The floor boards. trunk and all the

typical rust-prone areas are completely solid and rust-free and the car

has no signs of any accidents
