Factory option bolt on wire wheels with four tubed brand new Michelins.

The best chrome I could buy. Very nice.

The re-foamed (cushioned) and re-upholstered seats alone - not much change out of £500.

One piece formed carpet.

Stainless manifold extraction and twin stainless exhaust.

Moss sports suspension kit: (300lbs front springs - negative camber rear spring) - Koni adjustable shocks -

New Trunnions - all round. Every bush and Universal Joint has been replaced. Full copper brake pipe refit. New front discs and gold seal refurbished calipers. New rear shoes and master cylinder. Solid steering rack mounts. Undersealed. Rocker oil feed kit.

Quality. off white vinyl roof. Original gear knob. (non overdrive) Original rubber floormats with Triumph logo. Fibreglass GT6 Bonnet. Alleycat roll bar.

New Bosch battery. New alternator. Outdoor viewing on dry days only.

This is a very solid. very few owners tub.  The rear valance and (rear) wing bottoms are not perfect and there is a slight knock on the overrun from the offside rear drive. A thicker circlip is required in one of the new UJ's I think.

I am a long term Triumph enthusiast. The original British Leyland Factory Workshop as well as a Haynes manual is included as is The Moss Sports & Performance Tuning and Spitfire Parts Catalogues. The Kipping Parts catalogue that includes the famous piece "I have a knock on the overrun" is around somewhere. Reproduced here:

A new Universal Joint and - In the unlikely event that the shaft needs replacement: The required special tool (of the Original Churchill design - and still available @£102 I see) is included - Picture number twelve. (it wasn't making the noise before the refit - got to be a UJ) ??

You won't be winning any concours events with that GT6 bonnet. The sports suspension ride would best be best described as "hard"

Lots and lots of fun to be had so close to the floor and it feels and sounds a lot quicker than it really is.

The drivers door panel wants popping back on and I have the clips somewhere. Two bottles of Castrol fuel lead additive also included.

A most reluctant sale. Loss of local garage and Great Grandad can't get under her like he used to. means it's time for someone else can take up the baton. This car is forty two years old.  She is what she is.  I notice a (new) small amount of bubbling on the boot lip today when rolling her out for the under bonnet photos. She did thirty miles last year and not much more the year before. I think she would like to live where the sun comes out sometimes and she is used to a dry garage.
