This 1960 Chrysler 300F was purchased new from a dealership in Nampa. Idaho in 1960 by a Baker City. Oregon businessman.   He flew to Detroit to take delivery of the vehicle. then drove it home to Baker City where it has remained for it's entire life.   In 1970. this gentleman traded it in to a local dealer from whom I purchased it.   After driving it off and on over a period of 3 or 4 years. I took it to a backyard mechanic who partially dismantled the engine. told me it had a scored cylinder. and was unable to do the necessary repairs.   From that time on. I have stored the car and have decided after 43 years that I will never get to it's restoration.

Overall. the car is in very good original. restorable condition.   Not drivable but the odometer reading of 52K plus miles is accurate.   The only apparent rust is on the trunk floor-pan where there is no rust-through. but significant surface rust.   The car shows evidence of a few light fender-benders. but no accidents.   The paint is original.   The only missing parts that I am aware of are the ignition key. the "3" on passenger side 300 emblem. cigarette lighter. and screws to re-install the door panels.   All the major engine parts appear to be in the trunk plus all the original body parts are intact including the hubcaps.   Also have the manuals.
