BOND BUG restored ready to use tax free 12 months mot

This is a  restored bond bug would suit a DJ or danny . ? . uilt as original as possible as it left the factory . he had a tierd 700 cc engine . hat has been replaced with a more powerful 850cc reliant engine . hat has had all new gaskets fitted head gasket etc new water pump . he clylinder head . as all valves ground in . ew oil and filter. ew raditior and hoses. the gearbox cleaned inside and checked . new gearbox oil. till on the original back axle. that has had new wheel bearings and the seals all cleaned and checked . illed with new oil. new propshaft uj joints. the chassis is a shortened reliant galvanised chassis to match the original that was 42 years old was looking very rusty and thin in places so that was used for the new chassis pattern it has been sprayed black to match the original . t the front wheel a frame a new king pin fitted . ew brakes all round wheel cylinders . oses. rakes shoes. opper brake pipes. new brake master cylinder . lso a new clutch master cylinder. ew front tyre. rear tyres excellent tread still on them. the bug body was in very good condition needing only a few repairs . e canopy hinge plates replaced a common fault . etal plates in a fiberglass body . ull respray in orange . ew stainless steel door frames. also stainless steel hinges. the doors  have been covered in black leather cloth with clear plastic windows in them . s originals torn and frames well rusty. new headlights. tainless steel front exhaust pipe . ith standard back box also new. original keys and canopy lock. there is a lot more that I have replaced on this bug . hat will look great in the pictures as you all know but would be best to view . his bond bug will be ready to drive right away every thing is done . ut there may be a few teething problems as I have not drove this car as yet. ut im sure it will be fine . would love to keep  this bug as well as my other cars but space is always tight so this one has to go . this is the third bond bug I have restored in three years . y bug bug won first prize at Malvern 2013. the bond will be going for her mot on saterday 12 april and passed with no advisories. 12 months free road tax i will aply for that tomorrow. he 14 april  . contact me for more imforation. update i drove this bug 196 miles today never missed a beat . £22 worth of petrol still lots left in tank .

also forgot to say a new petrol tank fitted . ith a working sender . n gauge this is rare.
