Well I'm sure no expert on kit cars. but a friend of mine did a super- nice job building this vintage 1952 MG TD kit-car. It's a new build with less than 1 mile on it. This car is almost done. and has many hours in it. He is an excellent craftsman.  

His health was failing and he could not finish this car and so that is how I ended up with it. Its 90% finished. And as for parts. I think its almost 100% complete.  It has a 1973 VW super beetle chassis (modified).  
It has a rebuilt engine and the car needs very little to be completed. It has an alternator upgrade. The car has the windshield & frame. convertible top and bows. tonneau cover. side curtains. etc.
The drive train is complete. as are the brakes and steering etc. This car is all newly-wired and has new "vintage gauges".
all the parts and pieces will fit inside so it can be  shipped easily. It weighs just about  1250 pounds (completed).   I have a clear and open Colorado title for it as well as lots of new parts to finish it. I have the new red carpet kit. also I have the factory assembly manuals.  
It's old but it has spent it life always in a garage. I am selling it as-is. I know  these kit cars are not for everyone.  It just so happens that this is a copy of the same year car that was used in the movie "LOVE STORY"(I think?).
My opening bid is $2. 00 with no reserve. If you do like these type of cars. I think this is a good bargain in my opinion. I honestly do not forsee any disapointments. Just my thoughts.
I would much rather you plan for the worst and hope for the best than be disappointed in any way. I only want  the buyer to be as excited as I was when it came my way. All this information is as true and honest and to the best of my knowledge.
Terms of sale.

I can not ship.   This means I can not crate. box. disassemble. or deliver to a shipping company.   I will however be more than happy to assist your shipper. however I can.

If you have zero feedback. contact me before you bid or your bid will be canceled. and you will be blocked from further bidding as well.  

A $200. 00 non-refundable deposit through Pay Pal is required within 48 hours of auction's end.  

PayPal is acceptable for the deposit only.

  The balance is due via bank/certified check. or cash in person within 7 days of the auctions end.   If you are an out of the states buyer. I will gladly work with you in regards to the time and details it takes to process payment.
