This great looking Scout features a host of major upgrades and is an absolute blast to drive. This truck features a GM LS1 out of a GTO that has been professionally built to provide 450 horsepower! The engine is backed up by a modern 4L60E transmission that has been built to handle the power and features a stall converter.   This Scout is really outfitted with everything you would want for a powerful and capable off road machine. The truck is equipped with Power Steering. Disc brakes. nbsp; cold A/C. Performance transmission. Bilstein suspension. Hooker Headers. Gibson Exhaust. Hard Top with sliding rag and much much more!!! All of the tasteful modern upgrades done to this truck have made this Scout immensely more drivable. capable off-road. reliable and has improved the safety of the vehicle. This truck has been gone through completely mechanically and it drives excellent.   One look at this truck and you will realize that this Scout is not like many of the Scouts on eBay. This is something special. There is LOTS of money that has been poured into the engine and drive-train. The truck has a great "muscle car idle. and sounds EXACTLY the way a muscle car should with its great sounding dual exhaust. The car has been driven about 13000 miles since completion and the car drives excellent and is very reliable. This truck was built for the off road excursions and been on plenty of trails. Due to the longer wheelbase this is a much easier truck to drive at freeway speeds than a Bronco. Exterior:  This Scout looks great finished in its Pearl Yellow paint finish with contrasting black grill. The paint job on this truck is of nice driver quality standard and has been utilized off road. The paint job has no "waves" in it and it was blocked up really well. The doors open and shut nicely. There are a couple of minor blemishes and bubbles in the paint. The paint job is about 6 or so years old. This is a solid rust free Scout with the exception of a tiny bit of bubbling at the bottom of the windshield and hard top that could easily be fixed. The floors and chassis are solid and rust free. The exterior is really set off by the great looking wheels. While there are a few blemishes on the outside of the truck (refer to pictures) but Overall the exterior is in great shape for an off-roader.

Interior: The interior has been treated to  leather bucket seats. The dash hosts a great looking set of aftermarket gauges to keep an eye on the high performance engine.   This truck was built with the trail in mind and as such there is no carpet on the floor only a tough bed-liner type finish that really completes the rugged look of this Scout. This scout features underdash mounted A/C that works really well.   The back seat is in ok condition and seldomly gets used. There is a split on the front of the seat cover about a half inch or so but the backside of the back seat does have some larger tears.   Overall the interior of this truck  is in nice shape and is a great place to waste the weekend away.

Clean Scouts are getting harder and harder to find these days and Scouts that are this nice are even more difficult to find!
