Triumph TR250

 

This very rare classic Triumph sportscar which will require a full body off restoration. nbsp;this highly desirable car has been sitting in long term storage for many years awaiting to be restored. nbsp;only around 600 examples of this model are known to exist. Anyone familiar with the marque will be well aquainted to the asking prices of restored examples. I am not looking for a fortune for the car so this may be your chance to turn this TR250 into some serious money.

General condition. rear end of the chassis is rusty and will require extensive repairs. nbsp;front part of chassis appears to be sound. body shell will require new floors. sills to include inners and outers. rear deck repairs etc etc. rear wings will also need replacement. boot floor is sound. nbsp;front end of car is very good and has survived well. front wings are sound as are the front inner wings. bonnet is nice and straight. correct grille fitted and in nice condition. engine condition unknown. no overdrive fitted.

What a lovely project and what a time wharp. nbsp;this example is very complete even down to its pressed original wheel trims. anyone who has ever owned one of these particular models will know what a pleasure they are to own and drive. a true sportscar.
