Up for auction is my 1972 Chevelle.

This car is absolutely amazing in every way. It has gone through an extensive “near frame off” restoration. By near I mean. the front was completely removed and 100% rebuilt. From the laser straight shaved firewall to the perfectly smoothed frame. this thing is super smooth and clean. I have installed new upper and lower tubular control arms. all new PST bushings. tie rods. tie rod ends and PST tie rod sleeves. This car has shockwave front adjustable air bags. new factory disc brakes. new brake booster and master. new aluminum radiator with (3) electric fans to keep it super cool. It has a dual flex-a-lite fan with shroud as well as a single 10” fan in front of the A/C condenser that automatically comes on with the A/C insuring that it blows ice cold.  The inner fenders have been smoothed and painted the color of the car as well as the core support. The underside of the hood is not painted the color of the car because I did not want to repaint the entire hood and feared damaging it. It is finished in a textured satin black with new hood insulation pads. The hood is kept down with the new billet pin latch and attached with the new billet hood springs. There is zero attention to detail missed under the hood of this car.

As for the drivetrain. I purchased a mild 454 crate engine then upgraded the cam. added a gear drive and completely covered it in polished billet. I added the gear drive in order to match the engines appearance. As seen in the pictures. the engine has a custom front pulley system that uses a blower cog belt and I customized a shotgun scoop to fit under the hood. With this engine having the cool blower motor look. I wanted it to sound the same. The engine is 100 percent new with no expense spared in making it look and run excellent. From the polished billet Demon Carburetor. the ceramic coated Hooker headers. polished intake with Speedway Billet thermostat housing. completely hidden wiring including hiding the new 8. 8 mm MSD Plug wires and wrapping them in heat tubing to insure no issues. to the coolness of using factory original heater hoses for that nostalgic look. This thing is awesome!

The transmission is a stock 700R4 giving the car a 4th gear for a comfortable 70 mph cruising RPM of 2200 and finished with a new driveshaft into a fresh 10 bolt posi rear-end with 373 gears. The car rides on a brand new set of Foose Wheels. 20x10 rear and 18x8 front with new Khumo tires.

The Exterior of the car is very nice with a few minor imperfections that existed when I bought it. The paint is deep and shines excellent. It is a pearl Blue with ghosted in SS stripes up the hood and trunk. There are a few touched up chips in the car that are not that noticeable and could easily be feathered in.

The stainless trim on the car is perfect. with most of it being replaced. The bumpers are new and excellent as well as all of the marker and taillights. including the housings. grill. badges and windshield.

The interior of this car is 100% new. I purchased a complete new SS dash from Dii as well as the ash tray. glove box. dash pad. A/C vents. and Steering column cover. I put new VHX Dakota Digital gauges in the car. bought a remanufactured factory tilt column and added a billet steering wheel. I installed new billet pedals. billet sill plates. billet jam vents and stainless strikers. I installed new carpet. new package tray and had custom leather seats made for the car using the factory back seat and fitting modern buckets in the front with the matching center console that I retro fit a B&M Shifter into but made look like a Hurst manual quarter stick. The center console also has the air bag switches custom fabricated where the coin holder used to be. I installed custom kick panels that hold the front separate tweeters and 6” mid base drivers. The stereo is a retro sound factory looking stereo with ipod hookups and feeds into 2 amplifiers running the front mids. 2 rear 6x9s and 2 12” subs. It sounds amazing and hits SUPER HARD!

The trunk houses all of the air system as well as all of the stereo system with none of it being seen. The entire trunk is boxed in and upholstered in black suede.

The suspension on this car is amazing! Shockwaves in the front. bags in the rear with Bell Tech shocks. all new bushings. hoses. lines. tanks. compressors. and digital air gauges. It rides unbelievably nice at a comfortable ride height bag pressure of 110lbs in the front an 25lbs in the rear.

All in all this is a fantastic car that I am only parting with because I have too many projects and am out of room. This is the only one complete. so it must go. I have entered this car in one show and it won best engine bay.
