I'm selling my MK5 1. 6L Tuscan Beige Cortina.  I'm selling the car as when I purchased this car in September I was also looking for a MK4 but found the MK5 first. I did end up finding a Ford Cortina MK4 just after a month of having the MK5. Sadly with limited garage space I have opted to restore the MK4 as I believe I will enjoy the project.  
The word that describes this car best is certainly beautiful. It has just passed an MOT on the 10/3/14 with no advisories yet again. it has done little over 200 miles between the last MOT and this one.  The car has 6 months of tax on it. It is at just over 24. 00 miles and I have close to every single MOT to back up the mileage. The cars engine has not been converted so you will have to add an additive such as Redex when the car is refuelled. The car was Ziebarted from new and that explains why the inside of the engine bay is black. it is in fact Ziebart. I have the bill for the Ziebart from new to back this up as well.  
The car has had 2 previous owners and it is quite ironic that     both the previous owners were brothers. The Pike brother got it off the other and I am now the third owner of the lovely classic Cortina. The Pike brother got the car off Ford as a retirement present as he was a long term employee.  The car was officially registered on the 26/03/81 and it has maintained its beauty.  
The car has still got the original tyres on her.  The original interior. which may I add is in lovely condition and feels and looks like a brand new car. No stains or cigarette burns in the interior. The pedal rubbers are also from new.  
It drives great and has no problems starting from cold. I start it first time from cold every time I am in her and she runs lovely. The car is an all round stunner and I will truly be sad to see her be sold however I am wanting to get the MK4 ready for summer.
