Up for auction and for the first time on the market is a 32 Ford pickup Hot Rod. Just one look at this spectacular truck and true 32 Ford people know exactly who built it… This truck is an extraordinary build. as you will see. by the legendary Everett Gray. The Pickup is a fresh build with only 817 good weather miles.

 

 

Engines of choice for most street rodders inevitably include the small block Ford or Chevy. This is probably due to the fact that these engines offer ease of installation and the aftermarket carries a wide array of speed parts ready for assembly.

 

However. it takes progressive thinking and raw mechanical skill to install a Ford Modular Engine into the small confines of a 32 Ford engine bay once reserved for a flat head V8.

 

Everett Gray. (Gray's Garage) builder of this refreshing 32 Pickup has done what no other has done before him. Built to celebrate the popularity of the 32 Ford. this street rod will go down as one of my personal favorites. from a shop that through the years has built more 32 Fords in various configurations and body styles than anyone I know. Many of his builds have been sold at Barrett for huge dollars and they are highly collectible and sought after…

 

The paint and body on this 32 Ford is absolutely stunning with laser straight panels and deep slick paint. The body is all steel with (wider than original) fiberglass fenders. No expense was spared on the build and attention was paid to all the details.

 

The engine is a Ford 4. 6 DOHC aluminum block all dressed out and sporting approximately 300hp. The transmission is a smooth shifting Ford 4R70W automatic overdrive. The rear is Jaguar IRS (independent rear suspension) and is truly a work of art.

 

The interior is beautiful red leather (true leather complete with the smell). and is very comfortable. It has the tilt steering which is a must in a 32.
