1969 Shelby GT500 Fastback *1 of 7 RARE!

This Shelby GT500 Fastback is 1 of 7 cars used for Fuel Injection Testing in 1969.   This Shelby was shipped to Shelby American in 1969. to be used by Fred Goodell. for development of Fuel Injection (1997 SAAC Registry).  

Current owner started improvements to the car. and has lost interest.   Many items come with the car and are not installed.   The 428CJ engine was pulled. rebuilt and dyno tuned.   Engine will need to be installed.  

The Shelby has a very solid body and we do not see any wreck damage with the vehicle.   The car has Original Floors and Quarter panels.

**We have added photos of the car in it's current state.   We did compile a list of parts that go with the car. Please. send us a message for additional photos. the parts list or any other documents. We did find photos of the engine before the machine work. The serial numbers does show up in the photos.

Interior:  Vehicle has Deluxe Black Interior.   New Carpet comes with the car.  The Glove Box is signed by the late Carroll Shelby. Aftermarket Cassette Tape Radio Installed. The original Space Saver Spare Tire is included.

Exterior: The Pastel Grey paint looks great with the blue GT500 Stripes.  This car has a very solid body as it lived most of its time in Nevada. The Shelby has Original Floors and Quarter Panels.

Engine Compartment:  The 428 CJ Engine was rebuilt and dyno tuned. but not installed. Recent paint on engine and engine bay was done by the owner.

Paperwork: Hot Rod Mustang Magazine & Muscle Car featured in Dec 1987. Hot Rod Mustang (UK) featured in Dec 1987. and Marti Report. Clean Title.

The following items have been removed from the car. but are included with the sale.

New Carpet. Front Grill. Front Bumper. Fog Lamps. Engine. Hood. New Rear Bumper. Tail light panel. Spare Tire. New Sill Moldings.   We will have a complete list of parts soon.
