Deposit: Non-refundable deposit of $1. 00 must be paid within 48 hours of auction close. Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 7 days to complete full payment. California is a title holding state. Titles may take up to 30 days to receive from lien holders. Titles for vehicles that are paid for by cashiers check are held up to 14 business days for checks to clear.  

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $1. 00 non-refundable deposit within two days of the auction close to secure the vehicle.

Payment

Accepted types of payment include cash for in person transactions. certified funds. and institutional financing. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle will be delivered. All funds must be U. S. dollars.  

Out of State Buyers

Buyers outside California are not charged sales tax. title or license fees. The buyer is responsible for applicable registration and taxes in their state.

Taxes and Fees

Buyers located in California will be charged state and local sales taxes. title. emissions test. registration and documentation processing fees.
