Up for sale is my 1973 M813 Cargo truck. It is a former Marine truck with the ISO bed (with tire crane removed but included). locker rear axles and deep water fording kit. ISO bed has original troop seats. The truck has the original military paint and markings. I have owned the truck since 2006. The last time I drove it any distance was in October to the Steelsoldiers Georgia rally. 300 miles round trip. I pulled about 15. 00 pounds behind the truck. The truck cranks and runs fine. but I think one of the batteries is going bad because I had to boost it last week. Odometer shows 13550 miles but I don't think that is accurate. I installed a spin on oil filter adapter a couple of years ago.
Known flaws are:
Hole in exhaust pipe. rust on cab. small oil leaks. bent hood and possible bad battery.
This truck is 40 years old and is worn and has not been restored. Seats and top are old. Please look at the pictures and if you want specific shots. let me know. I would suggest you look at the truck before purchasing. Please be aware that the first person with the money gets the truck. I would consider driving the truck part way to meet you IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT IN FULL. Clear South Carolina title. Ask any questions you might have. I reserve the right to clean the truck up a little before it sells.
