This is a fine example of a 1965 Dodge Coronet 440. Originated from Missouri I purchased in Texas. It is a 440 block. I believe is a 1976. It is . 030 over that is clearanced and balanced. 502 Cu In total with a stroker kit installed from 440 source. HD 527 H series rods. Ross Pistons 10. 3/1 comp. . ARP bolts. Comp Cam Hyd Lift w/. 545. Edelbrock 88cc Aluminum Heads. Performer RPM manifold with a 800cfm Performer carburetor w/manual choke installed. Mopar Performance Distributor with orange box. It is coupled to a 727 TCI Street Fighter Automatic transmission and 2800 stall-speed converter with a reverse manual valve body. 8 3/4" 3. 91 gears w/sure-grip posi. It runs on 93 octane pump gas.

The interior is ALL original. except for the seat covers and is in excellent shape. radio is in. but does not work. heater is there. but needs a heater core as it leaks. it is by-passed.   It has a B&M Quick Silver shifter with reverse shifting pattern. Very quick when shifting gears. Be Cool Aluminum Radiator with electric fans makes it run at 180 degrees and cooler.

Car has manual drum brakes with self-adjusters front and rear. Bushings. ball joints. tie rods were replaced in 2005. Car is black underneath and clean with no signs of patchwork. Torque Thrust II 15x7 wheels. Air shocks.

I am at the cross-roads with this car. In my opinion it needs a brake master cylinder up-grade. leaf springs moved in 3" with hemi springs installed. 50/50 shocks in rear with 90/10's in front. Mickey Thompson street slicks in the rear to make it plant and launch. The way it sits. it just melts the tires. which need replaced. And a set of moser axles w/green bearings. An A-990 hood scoop would top it off. The price is fair for what you are getting. It's a beautiful car. but it's time to sell. I do have it for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction at any time. It is being sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Shipping is at YOUR expense. Any questions. please call 412-721-7775 6AM-11PM est. Thanks for looking! Update!! Forgot to add an electric fuel pump. regulator. braided fuel line and fittings worth $500+ brand new in boxes goes with it. but not installed.
