1977 Cobra Unrestored, all original 'barn-find' rat rod condition - heavy patina

 Rare 'barn-find' Original unrestored - cracked. scratched. chipped peeling paint. stone dings on aluminum body panels near rear wheels (see photos). delaminating windshield. sun-crazed wind wings but runs very well. Genuine patina on a nearly 40 year old sports car that can't be faked. This car is so distressed it's beautiful!

With the current craze for unrestored cars I'm nuts to sell this now. but unemployment raises it's ugly head. To paint or restore this car would be a crime!

NOT A KIT CAR so no insurance/registration/smog hassles. I bought this in England years ago and personally imported it. Clear Oregon title in my name. Current registration. ready to drive. When the weather clears you can drive this car home! Heck. I've driven it over 50. 00 miles in the time I've had it - have driven from Portland to L. A. in a day. have also driven it to Scottsdale/Phoenix. Las Vegas. Reno. Seattle. Kalispell. Mt. etc.

Runs and drives very well. engine has hot cam. Offenhauser manifold with Holley four-barrel carburetor. Custom headers and exhaust. Newer clutch and brakes.

Look at all the photos. and yes. that's a genuine original Ferrari 250 GTO parked next to my Cobra at Monterey/Laguna Seca 2012 - this car just opens doors for you. people go nuts when they see it. It's the most fun car I've ever had! And in it's distressed condition. with no side pipes. no ridiculously wide tires. or other 'boy racer' parts. nbsp; no one ever mistakes it for a kit car!
