1935 International Rat Rod Truck 1/2 ton. short box. Chopped. with automatic transmission.

I have a clear and clean New Jersey title in my name and in my hand. Tags are up to date.

This vehicle does run and this running project vehicle can be driven as a daily vehicle.

The engine is a 350 Chevy small block with automatic transmission.

Vehicle has a new custom radiator.  

The fenders have a few small dings.

The running boards are also very nice. Both door open. lock and close well.

I have the original grill. however. it is not attached.

The  vehicle does not have a tailgate.

The vehicle needs side windows and minor body work and paint.

The wheels are 15 inch and nice other than needing polished.

Payments:

A deposit of $1000. 00 via PayPal must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. Deposit is non refundable.

Vehicle will be released when the funds have cleared my bank.

Taxes and Fees:

"Buyer" is responsible for not only knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees. but also remitting the proper taxes. fees. and documents for their state.

Finalizing Your Purchase: 

Winning bidder MUST communicate with me by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to arrange to complete the transaction.   If I cannot confirm your intention to buy. I reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer.

Shipping and Delivery:

All shipping is the "Buyer's" responsibility. It will require pick up at this location in New Jersey.   I will coordinate shipping at the buyers request.   I assume no responsibility for any damages incurred after the vehicle leaves the sellers possession.
