1973 Audi 100 classic retro vw

1973 Audi 100 (tax exempt from april)

Fresh import from Belgium left hand drive

this car is lovely i've had a few and this is a really good one! the noises these cars make shutting the doors boot and bonnet are second to none. screams quality!

the chassis and usual rust issues are non existant. a tiny patch at the rear quarter panel where the water collects from the boot but tiny! they normally rot the whole section! and a 2/3inch bit on the inner wing but could be cleaned and treated. really isn't bad at all considering its age and no where near 99% of the classic audi's out there!

the paintwork is generally lovely has a few paint bubbles and a small bit of rust on the front wing tops and a small few paint bubbles on the roof but its 41 years old! don't think the paintwork is original but its a lovely colour regardless and mostly mint just a few niggles as mentioned. I was gonna leave it use it as is! I prefer a few niggles means you wont be scared to use it and park it at the local Tesco!

interior is in excellent condition drivers seat stitching has come undone and that's about it. the dashes normally warp and crack where the middle speaker is this is by far the mintest dash ive seen its immaculate. all the chrome inside is good. doorcard's excellent. seats excellent. nbsp;the headlining has 2 holes in it otherwise its really nice! black leatherette type fabric. no headrests has a lovely old smell and look to it. screams classic sophistication!

exterior chrome trim is in good shape. its all complete. the rare wheel trims are all there the centre caps are excellent and the outer trims average

bumpers are rusted. complete and intact with indicators and rubber bump strips but the rear bumper has a section rusted out. fronts just surface rust but solid so would need re-chroming and a repair on the rear 

electrics are spot on no issues whatsoever

engine. gearbox. brakes and clutch are all in working condition. purrs like a kitten :) 

im useless at descriptions and have been overly judgemental to keep away tyre kickers! if your as far this and in the market for a classic audi you wont find better. I know its not cheap but you get what you pay for! most out there are rot boxes missing parts and these are not cheap cars to restore in a bad condition believe me!!!
