this is a rare1954 A40 Austin Devon van1200cc column change boasts only 3. 86 miles in 60 years from new. it has only ever been used on a private estate and as a tv prop it has never seen a public highway in its life.  it is of course tax and mot exempt with full v5 in my name. the body and chassis 100% solid throughout as it left the factory all doors are as new as are the floors and cills 4 new tyres have just fitted on newly powder coated wheels. new cylinders. pipes and flexies fitted. the chrome work is well useable needs minor tlc (lights and dash need wiring back up) please no time wasters as I need the space and will require a £200 deposit after the sale is agreed this van is advertised locally (sunderland sr3) tel : paul 07837 671450 if you have any questions uk only thanks unless you contact my by phone (don't waste your time texting). please come see the van you will not be disappointed at all. thanks for looking

just to answer a few questions that im getting :


#1 100% metal throughout  its as solid as it left the factory

#2 there is a v5 with a reg number for the van

#3 never welded at all (body or chassis)

#4 never been used on the road

#5 I do not have any written history for the van as its never really being used to create any (just what I was told by the previous owner.


this is as good as you can get really its a 60 year old. new van if there can be such a thing.
