Last owner bought car for his collection in 1980 and only used occasionally. not registered since 1980 . vin# 5760012435
365 Cadillac V8 engine runs smooth and quiet with no smoking - just like a Cadillac should.
The 4 speed Hydra-matic transmission shifts great with no issues.  
The  brakes work well. We did bleed them . the foot brake has been adjusted and works well. Steering runs straight.  
 

Interior

The interior of this car is amazing. All original in a stunning 'Glamour' (Cadillac dealer handbook term) combination of  green leather seats inserted with black brocade fabric .
The seats are in great condition - the fabric  and the leather shows some 'age' and 'wear' cracking but is in very good order with only one place where the stitches are loose.
The door panels too are all original to match the seats and are in good condition.  
The head liner looks to be original and is in great condition.
Interior chrome is fantastic and still has a great shine to it. small pitting here and there .
The carpet looks to be original and presentable. it is black in color. thin in places but not ripped.
The front seat is  power and works great.
All the windows are electric . They have original E-Z glass with no cracks.
The AM-FM original radio is all there but we can not get the radio to works
All the gauges work. The dash lights up as it should.  
The top of the dashboard  looks good.  
The steering wheel is in perfect condition . chrome is excellent.  
Driver's side sun visor and the passenger side visor is in good condition.
The car comes with original spare wheel and jack
Exterior. Original color paint !!!!

The Cadillac has had a repaint done  in 2 stage and in the original (for 1957) paint color.
All the exterior chrome on this car is very nice 'driver' quality
(some surface scratches. some minor dings in a couple of spots. Some pitting
The exception is the rear bumper ends bottom part needs a re-chrome or a replacement.  
The stainless inside and out is very good - the distinctive Fleetwood side trim panels are excellent.
All the lights. indicators and horn work great. All lenses are in good condition with no visible cracks.
The tires are older wide white walls that have fine aged cracking on the walls but have good tread.
Previous History  

Apparently. this car has only had 2 registered owners in 56 years!
The widow of the previous registered owner told me he bought it from the 
the original owner and had it for 33 years.
During this time he parked the car and only used for car shows the cars since 1980. br> it was always looked after and had always been garaged
In the time I have had it I have changed all the Oil/fluids. checked and bled the brakes. installed some new brake hoses. greased the front .

the vehicle must be picked up by a professional licensed auto transportation company that can provide a bill of lading. otherwise California sales tax will be charged.
(All licensed auto transport companies provide these).
Any out of the state and international buyers will upon completion of the sale  be sent by FEDEX the title and bill of sale for the vehicle and
will be personally responsible for any sales tax and licensing and registration fees in their home state or province.  
Deposit
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact AMVTrading to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.  
An immediate $500 non-refundable deposit is required through Ebay's Paypal service within 24 hours (2 business
days) of auction end; 
Payment of Balance Due .
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction.  
All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.  
Final payment must be made with certified funds such as a CASHIERS CHECK. CERTIFIED BANK CHECK. BANK RANSFER. or CASH (in person).  
This vehicle is to be considered sold in ‘as is. where is' condition to the highest bidder with no guaranties or warranties implied or given.
Non-refundable deposit is required through Ebay's Paypal service to end the auction early if the "Buy it now" option is exercised and the balance in full is due within
seven of auction end in any case. In the case these terms of sale are not met seller reserves the right to either re-list the vehicle or offer the vehicle to the next highest bidder.
