This is what I got from the dealer web page:

1973 MG Dragonfly Roadster

Designed by Dan Pratt and engineered by Merv Rees for MG the Dragonfly was based on the MG Midget and the Austin Healey Sprite. It is estimated that no more 19 Dragonfly Roadster’s were ever produced. Not only that but it is believed that this is the only one in the U.S. Optioned in British Racing Green this car appears to be 100% original and un restored. The 1500cc engine has been recently serviced as was the clutch and she is an absolute blast to drive. We would classify this as a number 3 car as it could use a few aesthetic upgrades but it is 100% road worthy. We have searched high and low for information on this car which is as scarce as the car itself. We were however able to acquire Merv Rees’ e-mail address and will be happy to share it with the next owner. Considering the extremely low production figures and the fact that this is believed to be the only real Dragonfly in the U.S. this car is truly priceless. We do however want to sell and have priced it to move quickly!
