WHO ARE WE ?

We are a vehicle disposal specialist acting on behalf of a vehicle finance company.   We have no benefit in miss-selling vehicles as we are not looking for a final profit therefore we give an accurate description on all vehicles so as not to mis-lead any bidders.

As stated earlier we act on behalf of clients and believe the only way to obtain a fair price for any vehicle is to sell it without any reserve price. the cars will always achieve the true figure that they are worth.   This ensures that we are working in our client's best interest as well as supplying vehicles at fair prices to the end users

WHERE ARE WE ?

We are based on an industrial unit in Shenley Hertfordshire.   We have a WD6 postcode.   We are situated 5 minutes from the M25 at Junction 23 (South Mimms Services) where the A1 and the M25 meet.   Our usual opening hours are Monday to Friday 9. 30 to 17. 30 and Saturday 11. 00 to 16. 30 and would expect any collections to be done during these hours.   We welcome viewing at anytime with a pre-arranged appointment.

All of our cars are sold with an HPI certificate showing no finance or insurance category loss unless otherwise stated and are supplied with MOT and V5 log book.

Here we have an auction for a real classic !!!

This is a 1979 Mercedes 450 SL Auto

Although it needs a battery jump. it starts easily and drives very well !!

This has been restored to a usable standard. we have had an independant report done on the vehicle with the following findings :

Battery not holding charge

Dash board cluster has erratic bahviour. fuel gauge. indicators. temp gauge and dash lights not working. could be linked to the bad battery.

Evidence of previous oil leak repair

cracking on auxhillary belts

dirty oil. not been canged for a while

Water leaking from the water pump

slight misfire on idle (thought to be leads or disrtibutor cap)

Underneath of car has had a heavy coat of underseal

offside rear sill has corrosion resulting in 50p peice sixe hole

evicdence of welding to the rear of the car including boot area

recently changed front shocks

rust on springs and suspension arms

The current mileage is 154251. the last MOT which has now expired was dated 29th Nov 2012 and expired 28th November 2013 listed a mileage of 154201. this car has been stored by us for this period and obviously not driven.

Overall condition :

Overall this car is at a junction of its life. either fully restore it and bring it up to showroom condition or fix the few things that need doing immediately and keep it as an everyday classic.
