Purchased in 2003 from Canada. this 1957 CHEVY BEL AIR

has been warmed up. nbsp;driven around the block and safely kept in the garage.

This 1957 CHEVY BEL AIR has a brand new engine with less than 100 miles on it.

The body of this classic car is in pretty good overall condition and the engine is BRAND NEW. CLEAN and in MINT Condition; (See pictures). This car has been garage kept for the past 10 years.  

The body is built by FISHER. Fisher Body is an automobile coachbuilder founded by the Fisher brothers in 1908 in Detroit. Michigan; it is now an operating division of General Motors Company. The name was well known to the public. as General Motors vehicles displayed a "Body by Fisher" emblem on their door sill plates until the mid-1990s. (Source: Wikipedia). Picture included.

Extras:

Mr. Gasket Co. Floor Shifter-When we had the shifter taken out. nbsp;it left a rectangular open space on the floor in the carpet area (Picture included). All you need to do is have it installed. Dragon Floor MatsDiceAM/FM/Cassette Player (not original) with a small equalizer that came with the 57 when I purchased the Classic Bel Air. All you need to do is have it installed.

Minor items that need fixing:

Front lights/windshield wipers used to turn on but after sitting a while. nbsp;they currently do not turn on.  

Right headlamp needs a bracket and a piece of clear tape was put on it to temporarily hold it in place.  (Picture included) Windshield has a crack on the passenger's side.  (Picture included. visible with closer inspection). Trunk key needs to be made. Some bubbling on the paint by the tire area above the rear tires. by the trunk and front windshield area. but other than that. the paint job is pretty good (See picture). Speedometer does not work and would need to be fixed or replaced. The wiring may just be loose. Window cranks on the driver's side. front and back windows are having difficulties rolling the windows up and down.

Payment:

1). A non-refundable $500. 00 deposit needs to be paid within 2 days via Paypal.  

2). The remaining balance of payment must be paid within 7 days of close of auction via BANK to BANK Wire transfer.

Once Deposit through Paypal and Bank to Bank Wire remaining balance payment is received in full and is cleared:

Seller will provide Buyer with a

1). Bill of Sale

2). the original Certificate of Title PLUS

3). a two (2) page original document with Classic Car Vehicle details and previous owner information.

Important Note: There are NO liens registered against this Classic and this vehicle has a clear State of Colorado Certificate of Title.

 

 

Shipping:

Shipping is paid by the customer. who is responsible to arrange for shipping of the vehicle or for picking up of the vehicle within 21 days of seller receiving payment.  Transaction/sales are final and no refunds so please be sure to ask questions prior to purchasing.   If item is not shipped on the 22nd day. a storage fee of $3. 00 per day will be added to the total amount for buyer to pay beginning daily at 8:00 am Mountain Standard Time.
