Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make written arrangements for payment at that time.  A deposit of 5% of purchase price is due within 24 hours of end of auction by purchaser’s credit card.  The remainder is due within 6 days of auction end. If no written contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle. sell it to the next high bidder. or sell it otherwise.
