This rare Buick Wagon is one of only 3913 built of its model 4355 and has been fully restored with no expense spared and three years work to make this probably the finest wagon of its type in the country. It is a California original car that was purchased from the original owner and restored in its home town. It was sold new by McConica Motors in Ventura CA and still resides here with its second owner.

While the body and interior are completely stock with its rare deluxe interior the driveline has been upgraded with a new LT1 350 with TH400 automatic transmission. It has been driven only 2500 miles since completion and is new in every way.

The front suspension was fully rebuilt with 2” dropped spindles by Superior with 12” late model Camaro rotors. calipers and booster for super braking. The rear end is a fully rebuilt 10 bolt with 3. 53 gears and reinforced trailing arms and factory sway bar. The wheels are American Racing Salt-flat polished 17” with 215/50's Goodyears on the front and rear.

The original factory air conditioning was upgraded to R134 and the heater core and radiator were replaced with upgraded new parts.

The engine was originally from a 1991 Camaro and was 335 horse power. It was completely rebuilt with many performance upgrades creating 370 HP documented by a dyno test run. We have ceramic coated headers and MSD pro billet distributor with electronic ignition.

The interior of this wagon is stunning. It has all of the very rare original embossed seat inserts for the Sport Wagon that were reused with new matching original vinyl from SMS Auto Fabrics to recreate the fabulous look of 1964 originality. The rare one year only headliner was matched and replaced. New correct carpets were installed and the dash and gauges were restored to new. The whole interior trim #177 was tediously refinished and carefully installed to be completely as new.

The body was stripped to bare metal and showed no major collision repairs or rust. The body is straight and the two-stage paint is glorious in the original maroon color. All the chrome was replated original parts to ensure perfect factory fit. This car has driven to local shows and has amazed people with its high quality and rarity.  

This is a very rare Sport Wagon from Buick and you will never see another one like this. It has been restored to a level far above what came from the factory with all of the rare factory options retained. It drives and looks better than new.
