Mk1 Ford Escort with Subaru WRX Sti running gear , 4wd turbo

Its come time to sell my current project . i have have always enjoyed building projects . but my enthusiasm slows once the project is near completed / on the road. As with this mk 1 Escort . the car is ready for the road and drivable. but there are items that need finishing which i will list below.

Current/Completed work  : 
1969 Mk1 Escort Running 95 WRX sti running gear ( complete . suspension . brakes etc ) (i think around 250bhp for sti ? ) BC adjustable Coil overs  WRX engine is standard as far as i know . not been on rollers though . but all looks un-touched but as with all imports cant be sureModified Cosworth Alloy radiator . running twin fans. (radiator mounted at the front like a normal car )Fabricage Custom Roll cage . weld in. Fibre glass bubble arches / fibre glass front wings Shortened/balanced WRX propshaft . (wheel base same as mk1 escort ) Cut down subaru rear seats and seatbelts . standard subaru front seats/BeltsCut Down subaru Dashboard/DialsStandard WRX alloysNew door rubbers / boot rubbers / Window Rubbers

Jobs to be Done :
Paint . I have just painted using rattle cans / primer /Satin Black on outside to make it one colour . unless you like the Rat look . budget a full resprayDash needs finishing / coveringAir con rad needs making / fitting / plumbing . (then you have a mk1 escort with air con ! ) ( pump is all standard and there )Engine bay will need tidying etcFuel Filler next needs connecting up . (currently fill via a filler neck in boot. as cap )Windows could do with clean . front screen is old school and not laminatedAt the moment it has a slight stutter when Wide Open throttle . no fault codes give it 95% and it drives fine. (also not all the time )Inside needs a tidy up . wires/ pipes / carpet etcwipers could do with replacing . springs in wipers not very good. Interior door cards / parcel shelfs etc need making etcDoor gaps could do with looking at . it is a mk 1 :)Door Locks . i have a set of new Saxo ones which i think will fit with a few mods. or you can buy proper escort ones for big Bucks :)

Other Thoughts : 
I know there are a couple of these conversions already done . but as far as i am aware i am the only one to have a "normal" radiator setup in the front of the engine bay. This makes plumbing simple . gives me a complete boot that i can still use. and i have had Zero issues with over heating !Also this seems to be the only one to keep rear seats / seat belts . although i would say its a little tight on leg room for two grown adults !
I have tried to be as honest as i can . this car is mechanically complete and done . (can be driven away ) but it wont win any concours shows. Apart from a respray all the jobs that need doing to the car could be done at weekends etc when you get time etc.
Please no time wasters . I am not going to take everyone out for a joy ride.
Any questions just ask . want it to go to a good home . someone that will spend the time finishing off all the small jobs.
