Here i have for sale my 1980 reliant scimitar 2. 8 gtc manual. I have owned it for 9 years now. It has been rebuilt on a brand new galvanised chassis . bought from graham walker at chester. So most parts on the underside of the car are new. he last parts i fitted were a stainless steel fuel tank. nd a new sender unit. A new set of carpets have been fitted . The engine has recently had a total rebuild. rank grind. ew oil pump . ew carb etc etc. It is currently declared sorn. nd does not have a current mot. although on the couple of occasions i have had it tested there have been little or no issues. I would describe the overall condition as very good for a 30 year old plastic car. couple of areas with slight crazing. t has had a respray a number of years ago. ell before i purchased it. If i was going to spend any more money it would be on a new hood. t has a couple of repair patches. he hood fits ok but is showing its age. The only reason i have decided to sell is that in all the time i have owned the car ive been out and driven it twice.
