Here we have a 1970 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible for sale. This car is powered by the Big Block 454 engine and is done in the factory color combo. It's believed to have only 33K original Miles and it has the original tank sticker and is a factory 454 car with AC. The C3 Vettes continue to be one of the most sought-after eras for the Vette's and the one we have for you is a gorgeous example that's ready to cruise! In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of this Ford but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

We will start off with the exterior of this Vette. The body on it is in excellent condition with all the panels having a great fit and not showing to have been abused over the years. It's covered in the Corvette Bronze color scheme that is the factory option for it. We can see the body is straight and down the slides are slick. The paint has clearly been polished to a deep rich shine, and it's accented by the Tan convertible top that is in great condition and goes up and down with ease and a phenomenal fit. Op front the nose is in amazing condition along with the egg crate grills and all the lights. The front lights are working as they should. We can also see that the front bumper has a brilliant shine along with the rear bumpers. All the trim also has a brilliant shine, and all the glass is in phenomenal condition as well. Of course, it sports the Big Block hood and trim that is all beautiful. Out back and all the taillights are working as they should and we can see it has the factory style tips that exit through the rear valance. To finish off the look it's sitting on the 15" Rally Wheels with the Goodyear White Letter Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this Convertible. On the inside it's done in the Saddle color scheme that is also the factory option and provides a stunning complement to the exterior. Both bucket seats are in excellent condition from the covers to the padding. All the carpet is in great condition as well up front and in the storage area. Both door panels are beautiful as well and we can see that it has Power Windows that are working with the controls being in the console. The console also houses the Automatic Shifter and the fiber optics for the signals are working as they should. Looking at the dash we can see that it has been very well cared for. The gauges all look to be working as they should, and the radio is also working. This Corvette does come with Tilt and Telescopic Wheel. Everything on the inside is neat and clean and has been extremely well cared for.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood everything is detailed out like it would have been from the factory. The power comes from the CE "512" 454 Big Block that's set up with the correct 3955287 Aluminum Intake and correct Quadrajet Carb. It's dressed in the factory valve covers and air cleaner. This Corvette also comes with Factory Air Conditioning along with Power Steering and Power Brakes. Of course it has the Four Wheel Disc Brakes option. For exhaust it has the correct manifolds with dual pipes and the factory style mufflers that exit out the back. When you look under this Vette you are sure to be impressed as all the frame is rock solid from front to back. All of the floors looks excellent with no signs of abuse and still have the front shields as they should. The CE 454 Engine is mated to the matching numbers Turbo 400 Trans and the original CAW Rear End with 3.08 Gears. The fuel and brake lines are all in great condition and of course it has the original gas tank with tank sticker. We can also see the spare tire carrier is in excellent condition. All the of the suspension is great as well and this car is a blast to drive on the highway.

Mileage

Unless the car is advertised as an original Mileage car do not assume that the Mileage/Odometer reading is the actual mileage. It is simply what the odometer is reading at the time of the pictures. IT IS NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE UNLESS STATED SO IN DESCRIPTION.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
