This is a NO RESERVE auction, there is no buy it now price. It takes time, money and effort to post on here, so serious
buyers only please! Only bid if you fully intend to close the deal at the end of the auction.  If you are the highest bidder at the end, you bought it!

This is a running, driving scout that has some good options and features, including the 345 v-8 with new 2 bbl electric choke carburetor, new alternator, new water pump and new distributor, plugs/wires. It has a 727 3 speed auto transmission, removable top with sliding side windows, power tilt steering, 4wheel drive with locking hubs, factory tinted windows, power disc brakes and wagon wheels with new 31inch tires with less than 2 miles on them.  It also has a custom front bumper.

The truck also has a new plastic gas tank and sender, new electric fuel pump, some fuel lines.  It has dual exhaust.
The front bucket seats and rear bench are new.   It has new door seals, windshield and windshield seal, wiper blades and windshield to top seal recently installed. Steering column has a new lock cylinder, /key and turn signal switch.

The brake system has new rear slave cylinders, new front and rear soft lines, recent brake booster, system freshly bled, the truck stops well.

The body is in good condition in my opinion, no rot or major damage found, a few dings/imperfections here and there.
I found 1 patch in the bed area, and a couple on the front floor sections. Frame is good and solid.  The truck was last registered in 1992, off the road and away from salted roads probably contributed to it's solid structural condition.

The engine starts right up, not too loud, new air and fuel filter were just installed. It has good power and runs smooth for an old truck!
It was last registered in the early1990's and has not been driven much/far/fast since. Odometer is showing something like 14k miles. I would suspect its 114k miles, but I have no paperwork to confirm  either way, but it must be pretty low for sitting that long.
This truck is over 40 years old, and may need some adjusting/finishing/tinkering, A good once over, if you will!
The   parking brake and horn are inop, and it's missing the jack. It is not perfect, not a show truck, and it is not a new Toyota, but will get plenty of attention and would make a great toy!

You are bidding to OWN the scout, not the right of first refusal! If you are the high bidder at the end of the auction, you bought it!    Therefore the $300 deposit through Paypal is due at the end of the auction and is not refundable. You are welcome to ask questions or set up a time to come see it before the auction ends and I will do my best to accommodate you.   Make sure you have the funds and the blessing from any significant other before bidding!   Be sure to note that the buyer is responsible for shipping.
 Thanks for looking!
