1956 Ford F-100 Pickup Truck for sale
Current customer rating: (91 votes ) based onThe product of a detailed, ground-up restoration that was completed by Gastonia, North Carolina's Rick's Body Shop, this trick Ford has been transformed into a show stopping cruiser! The build began with a solid metal fuselage that was supplemented with custom fiberglass running boards and widened fiberglass rear fenders. Once that profile was professionally aligned, its svelte facets were doused in brilliant PPG Torch Red two-stage. And today, this impressive Effie is one sizzling classic that looks cooler than pretty much every car at any show its owner chooses to attend! Move the truck's convex hood and you'll find 429 cubic inches of legendary Ford power that's been fully detailed and carefully sorted! Behind that big block, a reliable C6 3-speed makes easy work of extended cruising, channeling power to a tough 10-bolt axle that's packed with a posi-traction differential and smooth, 3.08 gears. That drivetrain pushes a lowered suspension that's finished with a trusty Chevy Nova front-clip. Turns are tight thanks to quick-ratio Borgeson power steering. Four power-assisted discs bring everything to a quick halt. And at the corners, polished American Racing Torq Thrust IIs turn Toyo Proxes S/Ts. Between the doors, plush bucket seats wrap soft Ivory leather around power adjustment for both the driver and passenger. A carefully customized dash seats Ford-branded AutoMeter telemetry next to Vintage Air conditioning and remote-controlled Custom Autosound audio. A custom console props a late-model F-150 shifter behind switches for modern power windows. And the driver spins a red-tinged billet steering wheel around a tilting Ididit steering column. With a reliable, well-dressed drivetrain, a killer custom interior and clean lines all around, this Ford is dead-set on turning heads everywhere it goes. Call, click or visit for more information!

About the RK Motors Performance Center
Regardless if your vehicle is going through routine maintenance or a full custom build to your exact specifications, the RKM Performance Center has the knowledge, experience and resources to fulfill your automotive needs.
In the world of electronic fuel injection and computer diagnostics, even late model dealerships look a little uncomfortable working on pre-OBD1 cars. There are many independent mechanics and shops that may be able to help, but putting your prized classic in the hands of a stranger is a leap of faith at best.
This is exactly why we created the RKM Performance Center.
Being proud members of SEMA, ARMO, HRIA and the North Carolina Motorsports Association, the RKM Performance Center is a nationally recognized shop; best known for high-level OEM restorations and custom builds.
Comprised of ASE certified mechanics, including several Master Technicians, you can feel confident that your car is in capable hands. As fellow enthusiasts, they are passionate about cars and will treat yours with the respect it deserves.
