1965 Ford Mustang, Paxton supercharged 289 V8, gorgeous cruiser for sale
Current customer rating:
I have all the receipts for the following. This also includes the dyno tune results of 342 RWHP. That was my target horsepower for my Mustang. perfect for cruising without needing to use a 302 block. which is well known to have overheating issues. The Paxton supercharger kit came with the larger pulley that gives just 4 psi. but not to worry because all you need to do is step down the size of the pulley to jump up to 8-10 psi. which in turn will push that V8 well beyond 400 horsepower. BUT. like I said I wanted a respectable sounding. loping. small block V8 Mustang cruiser
Please forgive that fact I have not washed my car since parking in our warehouse a couple months ago. The car has never seen rain. nor snow. She's parked in my companies heated warehouse except for a month out of the year when I actually do take her home for the family to ride around in. This Mustang IS NOT A SHOW CAR. NOT A TRAILER QUEEN. shes a cruiser that is beautiful. very loud. taken care of. and not once have I not been approached when stopped to fuel up. A few years ago the Mustang was driven a lot when I lived in California for a few years. but she's taken a backseat since moving to Ohio. There is. No damage. no surprises. there was some rust on the passenger door ONLY but I am having the complete door replaced (see pictures). The restoration on this car is at least 10 yrs old. but other than the pass. door I see zero rust top to bottom! Last year my original hood flew up unhinged while I was going down the road which caused only damage to the hood. NOT to worry. I have a gorgeous 3 inch fiberglass cowl hood being installed to replace it (see pictures)!
