This extremely well taken care of 1985 Chevrolet Blazer K5 Silverado has 350 V8 power, a 4speed transmission, A/C and Silverado appointments, all housed in a  beautiful color combo.  So that makes for that rare option list when looking for one of the coolest vintage 4x4 hardtop convertibles around-  and of course, the top comes off ;-)  We recently went on a 1500 mile voyage around the Pacific Northwest trouble free,  which should come as no surprise given it had a Chevy fanatic mechanic same owner of 27 years.

The two-tone classic paint scheme and retro 80's pinstripe makes this loaded Blazer  an instant standout.  After all, these K5 Blazers have an all-American attitude, and this blue and white combo seems to bring it out in retro fashion. There are nice brightwork pieces like the bumpers, grille, and Silverado side full-length chrome trim that add to the classic look. The solid white top gives this one a nice look of completeness with the top on or off. There was an update more recently  in its life to keep this looking glossy, but it's also not so refined that you'll feel nervous about taking this 4x4 on anything more than a manicured lawn. After all, there's still plenty of function in a classic like this. That's why you have a tall stance, rugged tires, and a proper tow hitch. Inside is a custom nod to the vintage enthusiast with beautiful tweed seat insert pattern against white marine grade vinyl seating edges. The hardtop has not been off in at least a decade, and you can see the quality by the good seals , cab headliner material and condition, and overall excellent condition. But if you do open this one up to the world, it's nice to see the rear seat with its tweed pattern insert and marine grade vinyl. The front buckets not only have high-back comfort and comfy thick tweed inserts but also there's a cup holder center console in-between. This was built in the era where Chevy loaded some of its pickups and SUVs with the best features which are brought to full demonstration in the Silverado model.  But you wont find another one like this All American Beauty! So you have cruise control, power windows, power locks, and a tilt steering column on the driver-oriented dash. Under the hood is a rebuilt 5.7L  350  V8. They are connected to normal AC power overnight or before driving, via regular power outlets that are fed through a vehicle's grille. Heaters are also available for motor oil so as to warm the oil and give the engine lubrication from the beginning of start-up. We will work on this if we have time after our holiday trip..if not we can give winning buyer a link to a quick fix video which corrects loose tilt function.  It drives perfectly fine as it is, this is just a note for perfectionists.
