Offered for sale is a very complete. truly rare example of a 1954 RHD Austin Healey 100-M. delivered new to Henlys Limited in Bristol. This is a converted M. This 100 has the correct steel 100-M louvered hood. larger SU HD6 1 ¾” carbs [ with correct etched numbers ]. special intake manifolds. heavy sway bar . special distributor. [ the cold air box is missing . but very good reproductions are available from several vendors ]

Only a few hundred RHD Austin Healey 100 models were produced for the UK market. with just a handful being converted to 100-M spec. A Heritage Trust Certificate comes with the sale. listing the build date of July 19. 1954 and original color scheme of Carmine red with red interior. The car is very complete [ seats are with the car . but not pictured ] . and is in overall good restorable. original condition. The chassis has some rust in the common areas of the floors. outriggers. and rockers.

A UK market RHD 100 is a rare sight for sure. let alone one that was brought to 100-M spec. This conversion could have been done at Healey's at the Cape. but there is no way to know for sure. Any Healey 100 that is an original RHD home market car is exceedingly difficult to find. especially in this sort of unaltered. original condition. Do not miss out on your opportunity to own this exceptional automobile. Call or email with questions. (712)-944-4900.

This car is being sold as a 100/M conversion . and  we are clearly stating it as such in the auction. We do not believe this is a factory 'M' car . and are not representing it as one of the 640 factory cars. We cannot be sure of when the conversion was done . or by whom . but appears to have been done early in the cars life. The 'M' components that are on the car are correct components.  Good luck and happy bidding !
