Nothing compared to an actual Carroll Shelby auto from the 1960's. The Hertz Shelby being 1 of only 1000 ever made in 1966 makes this one of the most collectible Shelby's ever. They were part of the Hertz "Rent A Racer" program so people that didn't have access or the funds could actually drive a race car. This documented all original survivor "H" car has received a a gentle restoration paint job from the prior owner.

This example started life with the Hertz Corp for use in the San Francisco Airport. It was delivered thru Haywood Motors in Haywood Calif. It was invoiced with the additions of an AM radio & a set of Hertz Special Wheels for a total of $3825. 76 on March 11. 1966.

Having been touched up in 4 or 5 areas around the car & showing normal wear it was decided to give this investment grade "H" car what it deserves. a concours paint job to make it as close to perfect as possible.

For the better news. the undercarriage is completely original and still wearing all it's clay oxide primer having all it's original drip marks.

This "H" example retains ALL it's original sheet metal all dated properly.

The interior remains looking like new with all the original components inside. This is a no excuse GT-350H just a wonderful example of history and now just waiting for it's new owner.

The odo shows 28k miles. but as you might expect this actually represents 128k.

Summation. a wonderful. original. documented 1966 Shelby GT-350H. perfect for any serious collector for either a belated Hanukkah gift or early Christmas present!
